Introducing the KBT-30 From KnuKonceptz

KonFused Battery Terminals are a very unique pair - we have listed as much information below as can, please read through the information. Should you have further questions feel free to call or email us about this item

The KBT-30's use three "large" ports for 1/0, 2, or 4 gauge cables. These ports are threaded and fittings are screwed into these ports to create an electrical connection far greater then any set screw terminal   This block includes 4 Kompression Fittings three 1/0 gauge and a single 4 gauge fitting.

How the Kompression Terminals Works -   Strip the jacket off the cable; Insert the wire into the fitting; fold the copper strands as shown in the photo; Tighten the fitting into the block, compressing the cable into place. This results in 360 degrees of contact area, unlike set screw blocks that have just the one high pressure point. The Kompression Fitting allows more strand/block interaction, which results in less resistance and more current flow.
