The M1 was the first music work station ever to be made on this planet. When this keyboard came out it broke the mode of the synthesiser world. You will be pleased with the sounds and performance of this Amazing keyboard. The Keys, Screen, Joy Stick, Buttons, work perfect.

What I Like About The KORG M1: The setup menus are very accessible from the button keyboard. When you know exactly what it can do, you will probably make original, amazing sounds!!You can make it do pretty cool lead sounds. Cool electro base sounds too. I mean lush and atmospheric pads and sounds is what it does best. Its a great music workstation with lots of possibilities. One of my favorite sounds are the electric piano, it sounds like the DWGS Electric Piano, which I think is the coolest sound any korg keyboard could ever produce. I love Strings, and not to mention the power full Choirs sounds, Trumpets, M1 Pianos. When you know exactly what it can do, you will probably make original, amazing sounds!!

The whammy bar is fully intact, while many other M1s have had them broken off through the years.  There is a small chip in the bottom of one of the keys as seen in the picture.  Otherwise, there are some VERY light scuffs that you can barely see unless you are up close.  None of these effect the perfect play of the keyboard.  The Low Battery warning comes on initially, but does not effect play.
