This is an authentic Kozy Carrier http://kozycarrier.homestead.com/Kozyinfo.html in good condition. I used it a lot and the black is faded a bit. If I had an iron, I'd iron out the wrinkles in the straps, too! The windy day fabric still looks beautiful. This has slight padding on the shoulder straps. It is resversible and the other side is just black. It's a great sling, I would keep it, but, we really need the money right now.
