3 days after the buyer receives it | ONLY THOSE ITEMS, THAT WERE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT ARE ALLOWED TO BE RETURNED AND SHIPPING WILL BE PAYED BY SELLER. NO RESTOCKING FEES WILL BE APPLIED
IMPORTANT: To make sure item is not damaged, please unwrap shipment in front of the driver, so he and you can see if there is any damage. UPS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS IF NO DAMAGE WERE POINTED TO THE DRIVER. IF WEATHER IS BAD, OR DRIVER IS "TOO BUSY," PLEASE HAVE THE DRIVER SIGN THE FORM SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED AND NOT INSPECTED DUE TO INCLEMENT CONDITIONS -PLEASE UNWRAP SHIPMENT AS SOON AS IT IS IN SAFE PLACE AND CALL UPS DISPATCH IF YOU SEE ANY DAMAGE WITHIN 30 MIN AFTER THE DRIVER HAS LEFT. THERE IS NO WAY WE CAN HELP YOU AND ALLOW RETURN OF THE ITEM, IF THE DAMAGE IS FOUND AND REPORTED ANY TIME LATER : IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS DAMAGE DONE AFTER SHIPPING. IF ITEM IS BROKEN BEYOND REPAIR- PLEASE REFUSE SHIPMENT RIGHT AWAY. If something is not right, please let us know ASAP so we can resolve the problem in a timely manner.
