 Where will your item ship from?

 What about Insurance?

Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended for each item that you purchase. In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged during shipping you are 100% covered. It only costs $1.50 and guarantees you either a new item or a full refund. Very little money for a lot of piece of mind.  Without insurance there is no guarantee but it is still optional.

 When will my item arrive?

After payment you will receive shipping notification with an estimated delivery date of your item.  Items will generally arrive within a day or two of this date.  Regular orders leave the warehouse 1-2 business days after you receive this notification.  The majority of these will get a complimentary upgrade to two day priority mail.  The rest will arrive within 10 business days.  On occassion an order can take up to but no longer than 15 business days after shipping notification to arrive.  These timelines are estimates and not guarantees but after years doing this; it is very close.  Pre Orders (items with a future release date) will ship on or quickly after the posted release date and are guaranteed to arrive within 30 days of the start of the listing as per eBay rules. Please check the item specifics for the release date to determine if this is a Pre Order or not If the release date is not posted or is in the past this means that the dvd is ready to ship promptly after payment.

 *Please add 1-2 weeks for international shipping and make sure to check with local customs if it does not arrive in that time. 

 What if my item doesn arrive?

First make sure you checked the release date. Pre Orders always ship on or around that date. It is very rare that the estimated delivery date will pass without the item arriving. It does happen about 1% of the time. No worries! You paid insurance right? Your item is 100% guaranteed to arrive or your money back; so if it truly is well past the estimated delivery date please contact me and I will work with you to get you a new item or refund. If you did not pay insurance there will be a $5 reshipping or refund fee (or else everyone will claim their item didn't arrive). To make sure I get your email please contact me through eBay and let me know when you expected to receive it based on my emails to you.  Occasionally the delivery service may delay or lose a package; especially during holiday seasons. They are human.  We are all humans and we rely on machines so lets work together to figure it out. I always stand by my guarantee.  Please do not leave negative feedback or file any sort of claim as this will only delay the resolution. 

 *For International buyers please allow up to 30 days for your item before contacting me and make sure to check your local customs office as they are known to hold packages sometimes.
