Up for your consideration is a shock rebuild set for the Lazer ZX-5.  KYOW5181-06.  The photo is a stock photo, yours will arrive NIP.  Everything included in the stock photo is included in the package.  This package includes four shock O-rings and three shock retaining springs to rebuild the shock seals.

Please read all information below.  It pertains to shipping policies including international shipping, feedback policies, and return policy.

Yes, I do combine shipping.  If you win more than one item, please wait for me to send you an invoice with combined shipping.  If you do not wait for an invoice with combined shipping, shipping is not combined.  To qualify for combined shipping, all items must be paid for in a single payment.  When separate payments are made, it costs extra in fees.  A single payment helps keep prices low.  Shipping price is for U.S. buyers only.  International shipping rates are higher.  Yes, I will ship internationally.  I will ship to Italy but only via USPS priority mail or better and insurance is required to Italy.  Please inquire about shipping to your country.  Serious inquiries only!  More info below for international buyers.

NOTE:  We are not open on Sundays, therefore, you will have to wait for a response til Monday.  If that Monday is a major holiday, we will not be open so your message will be answered or your invoice combined on Tuesday. 

RETURN POLICY:  Returns not accepted.  All sales final.  It is the buyers responsibility to make sure you order the correct item before purchasing.  If it is a part for a vehicle, please check your manual to make sure you order the correct part # prior to purchasing.  We are not responsible for items that do not fit your vehicle.  Please check your manual for a part #.  This is especially true for many of the Traxxas vehicles (one style T-Maxx may or may not use the same part #'s as another style.)

Shipping
We ship USPS to keep shipping prices down.  Please don't blame us if they take too long.  We normally ship the next business day after payment is received/cleared.  In other words, we ship Monday - Friday.  USPS is closed for most holidays, therefore we cannot ship on these days.  You will be notified of shipping.  If your package takes longer than expected, please check/track your ship date.  Please don't blame us for the post office.  I do ship quick!!  When leaving detailed seller ratings, remember ship time is how fast I ship the item NOT how long it takes the post office.

Feedback 
Feedback is left after feedback is received.  Please remember when leaving DSR's that anything less than a 5 could affect a seller.  Anything less than a 5 makes it harder for you to find sellers in searches.   When a seller reaches 4.1 or less ebay  suspends their account.  Therefore, you would not be able to purchase items from your favorite seller.  Keep the following in mind when leaving DSR's:
  • we don't charge handling fees, only a small amount to cover cost of shipping supplies (usually about 10-15 cents)
  • we try to contact everyone to let you know when your package has shipped.
  • we describe each item according to the product label (does your description match that on the label?)
  • ship time is how fast WE ship the item NOT how long it takes the post office.  If the item is paid for before the postman runs, it is packed up and shipped the same day.  It is shipped the BUSINESS day after purchase.  Keep in mind, the post office is closed on Sunday and any major holiday.  They are closed in our town by the time we get in to the office on Saturdays.
Payment
Payment by Paypal is due within 5 days of auction end.  On day 7 it will be filed as an unpaid item.  Paypal is the only form of payment we accept.  Paper payments are no longer allowed on ebay for most categories.

Please contact us prior to purchasing with any questions you may have.  Please contact us via ebay messaging for a response.  Please don't not contact us by email.  Ebay sends us messages for all activity, therefore you message may be missed.  Again, please contact us via ebay messaging only.

International buyers
  • Please don't hold us responsible for transit times.  Ship time is how fast I ship, not how long it takes to get to you.  Average airmail time is 10-20 days.  Countries such as UK, Spain, Brazil and Italy commonly see longer transit times.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping price.  These charges are the buyers responsibility.  Please check with your countries customs office prior to bidding/purchasing to find out what these charges will be.  These charges are normally collected when you pick the item up.  Don't confuse this with extra shipping charges from our end, these are import duties.
  • We DO NOT mark merchandise below value or mark them as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
  • Some countries have restrictions on what may be imported to that country.  Please check your countries restrictions before purchasing.
  • Some countries have size restrictions on packages.  If you intend to purchase a large item, please inquire if it can be shipped to your country.  Keep in mind, international shipping on large items can be costly.
  • If you purchase an item and it will ship via first class international mail, please make sure your phone number is included in your information so there is no delay in shipping.  Our shipping service we use for 1st class international mail requires us to use a phone number in order to print the label.
