When do I have to pay for this item??

Items must be paid for within 7 days of auction end**(or)**email and ask for a payment extension. An unpaid item will be filed on the 8th day in order to recover *seller fees* if no contact is made.

Do you combine shipping??

Yes! This means items will be shipped in one box or envelope when possible to save on postage and the handling fee will be applied only once. It is important to email ahead for s/h cost BEFORE bidding as there is no media mail in Canada and postage can be higher than that in the States.

How do I pay for this item??

Canadians can pay via paypal OR email money transfer. USA & all others pay via paypal

When will my item be sent out??

Shipping days are on or before 12:00pm Pacific time on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.

How long will delivery take??

To the USA Air ship takes 4-10 *business days* (excludes weekends & holidays).

To most other International destinations 6-12 *business days* (excludes weekends & holidays).

Are tracking & insurance included in the shipping cost??

Air ship includes insurance but no tracking. Expedited includes insurance & tracking but delivery takes longer and the cost is higher.

Light packet and letter post have no insurance & no tracking but have the same standard delivery time as air ship.

What about delivery within Canada??

All shipping within Canada includes tracking & insurance, (excluding letter-mail). Delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on location. Xpress post takes 2-4 *business days*
