 This juice is wonderful! You can lose up to 10 pounds in two days. I have lost over 150 pounds with LA Weight loss and have kept it off. I use this juice to help speed up my weight loss and get through plateaus. I will include instructions and a tip sheet for you as well with the things I have picked up along the way on my weight loss journey. This is the exact same juice made by LA Weight Loss called Take off, but it's Fast Forward Juice put out by Pure Weight Loss (same as LA weight loss, the distribution addresses are the same). They are the same juice and are distributed to both companies under both names. I love this juice! Juice may be a bit darker than Take Off juice. Best by date is May 28, 2010.  I use this juice every two weeks to help maintain my weight loss.
