Acquired from government surplus. As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus.

Powers up, and shakes. Model # 3575. Inside tray approx 11 x 14.  Sold as is untested fully!
