For defective items, please return within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return postage.
1. You will need a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning.
2. If you return the item for a refund, we will keep 15% of the initial payment for restocking / handling fee.
3. Replacement will be sent once we receive the defective item. |
