APPLIQUE MIXED TECHNIQUE II  one of the LACEMAKING series Scott #2351-2354 - A 22kt Gold Replica UNADDRESSED AND CLEAN...my scanner doesn't do it justice! 

This first day United States Postal Service Cover Stamp is canceled on the first day of issue with a 22kt gold foil facsimile mounted in plastic on a burgundy felt background on the left side of the envelope.  The unique replica design...with amazing detail...provides a limited edition piece that can be framed or collected.  Each Replica First Day Cover comes with a 7.50" by 4.25" Information Card (same size as the cover) that provides a brief history about the stamp itself written in a very informative and interesting style.
