Return Policy: All Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. This is a no risk return policy because if you are not 100% satisfied with our product simply return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges to ship the item to you). All items must be in the exact same condition as they were when sold. If altered in any way it cannot be returned. The amount that would be removed from a refund for the shipping and handling charges of our Free UPS 3 Day Select service to ship to you is:
Domestic Shipping:
A $20.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a 0 - $900.00 item
A $27.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $1,001.00 - $2000.00 item
A $35.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $2,001.00 - $3000.00 item
A $40.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $3,001.00 - $4,000.00 item
A $50.00 amount will be removed from the refund amount for a $4,001.00 - $5,000.00 item
Any Item Over $5,001.00 will need a direct quote from us
All items shipped by any service other than our free 3 day select service will have their shipping and handling fees removed from the refund amount.
International Shipments:
The shipping price will be removed from the refund amount.
Shipping:
Domestic Shipments: We ship all domestic items by UPS 3 Day Select mail free of charge. It has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. We also offer faster cost services which are UPS Next Day Air (overnight) and UPS 2 Day Select (1-2 business days). These two services have a cost that is calculated directly to your zip code. All items are insured and need to be signed for.
International Shipments: USPS Express Mail is used for all international shipments under $1,000.00 which guarantees delivery within 4-6 business days. It's cost can be calculated at the bottom of the listing. UPS Worldwide Expedited is used for all international shipments over $1000. The cost associated with each item and UPS worldwide expedited mail is listed at the bottom of the listing. If an item is returned the full purchase price will be refunded, only the shipping and handling charges to ship the item to the customer will be removed from the refund amount.

accept payments through Paypal.com which is the fastest, and easiest way to pay. If you would like to

Warranty: We Cover all items sold by Front Jewelers for 4 months. If by chance anything on the item needs to be repaired we will fix the item free of charge and ship back by priority mail free of charge as well. Warranty does not cover damage caused by careless or incorrect use. If something needs to be repaired after 4 months we will give the best price possible (our rate) to fix the item.
