Also 10 Round Brilliant Diamonds on the sides .45 Carats total VS clarity and H-I color and 8 baguette cut Diamonds .38 Carats total VS clarity and H-I color. All 100% authentic and Signed 18K Italy.

Size 6 1/2. Weight 4 grams. This ring has been fully evaluated by a Graduate Gemologist.
