Annual Fees
All fees are current and paid in full through to the end of the year 2009. Usage is annual and may be used immediately. Use your week this year! The timeshare transfer takes more than a month to process but reservations can be made on behalf of the buyer (pending availability) once payment of this auction is confirmed and the transfer forms have been submitted. Maintenance fees are billed annually in the amount of approximately $589.00 by Vacation Resorts International (VRI). You will be responsible for fees due annually starting January 15, 2010.
