Top is in Good condition, light scratches/scuffs, some small edge chips.
Bottom is in Good condition, light scratches/scuffs, many light scratches will catch your nail.
Steel edge has some scratches/knicks/rust.
Waist is 9".
Comes as pictured. No bindings.
