Shipping
We try to ship all orders within
24-48 hours, weekdays. We ship most orders via USPS.
International Shipping
We ship to most Western
European countries (except Italy and Greece as there is no global priority
mail service from here) We DO NOT ship to any Eastern European countries at all
including Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, Croatia,
Cyprus, Latvia. We do not ship to the
Middle East or South American
countries. Please see our shipping calculator below.
If your country is not on this list, please contact us before bidding. Due
to new German laws and E-Bay policy we ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO GERMANY. We cannot ship aerosol fragrances to Canada since prohibited by Canada Post. We ship
only via Global Priority Mail or EMS. All orders over $75 require insurance
which is not included in the calculated quote shown in this listing. We accept
Paypal and credit cards via telephone. Please ask if you have any special
handling requests. We do reserve the
right NOT to ship any orders showing an unconfirmed addresses that is paid with
Paypal.
Combined Shipping
We are
pleased to combine shipping when possible but kindly request all items be paid
at the same time. Cost of any additional item would be half the price of the
original shipping cost. We strongly recommend insurance as the USPS offers very
reasonable shipping but is not perfect. Our experience shows USPS loses about 1
out 1,000 packages and we are sorry to say we cannot be responsible. Orders over
$50 require insurance.
Damaged items
We
pack all items carefully and have a full time professional shipping department.
In the unlikely event of a damaged item please contact us immediately and save
all packaging. Items not insured and damaged in transit are not our
responsibility if packed improperly.
Please
note that when international orders are shipped in a global mailer it is at 100%
the risk of the buyer. There is no insurance, often no tracking. Global
Mailers are extremely reliable but an item is not possible for us to guarantee
safe arrival as it goes through many hands, your item could end up at the bottom
of a sack of mail, or can simply be thrown by a clerk. Please do not ask us to
accept responsibility as this is beyond our control. If you are not willing to
take a small chance that your item can get lost or damaged, either ship it
insured or buy it elsewhere, but please do not blame us!
Payment
Terms
We accept
Paypal of all types in US dollars only including credit cards and e-checks (Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are processed by Paypal). Any
e-checks will be held until cleared as per Paypal policy. Paypal orders over $50
will require a confirmed address. The ship to address on checkout must match the
address on Paypal if using Paypal. Orders equal to or over $250.00 require an
online signature receipt and should not be a P.O. Box address. We accept a bank
check from USA banks only, money orders in US dollars only drawn from US banks.
Payment is due and kindly appreciated within 7 days. If this is a problem please
ask before bidding. We kindly ask all buyers to complete our checkout with
Kyozou and if using Paypal it then takes you to Paypal's secure site.

Non-Paying
We try to keep the lowest prices
possible and work with all buyers, but have had too many non payers and all non
payers are reported to eBay. If there is a legitimate reason and we still have
stock of an item we will remove a non paying notice within a reasonable time.
FAQ
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept any returns unless
it is our error. We are not a store who works on high profits and guarantees
your satisfaction. We do guarantee you get the item as advertised and any errors
will gladly and promptly be corrected. Any shipping costs for returns will be
reimbursed and we will give instructions for return shipping. We are a platinum
power seller and have many loyal customers and customer satisfaction is our
goal.
Should I contact you to check on
my order?
Please allow sufficient time to
allow your order to get there before asking. We also email all domestic
buyers a tracking #.
How do you handle feedback?
We are pleased to leave feedback
once left for us as we have an automated program that is updated daily to
reciprocate. Please contact us before leaving any negative comments as a courtesy
since most problems, if any are easily solved.
Can I email you offers for an
item?
Please do not e mail with an
offer for an item listed as you would not do that in a reliable store.
Can I ask you about wholesale orders?
If you have a request for a
quantity order or wholesale availability of an item we do welcome your requests
and we can list an auction for you.
How accurate are the item
descriptions?
We do our best to state accurately
and clearly the item and condition. All items are generally new unless stated,
but often items do have some minor deficiency as no box or a slight dent or
scratch and we try to note this whenever possible. Please do not ask for a
sealed one or new one when it is not in the description as well as the date it
was manufactured. We always suggest checking the item in the store when it
comes to color or at least the website as pictures and monitors are not always
accurate and do vary. Any expiration dates will be noted if applicable
(less than 1 year) and most cosmetic items, as well as creams or treatments
still do not have expiration dates and we cannot check every single item. If you
see an error in our description your suggestions are always welcome and
appreciated as it is not possible for us to know every item we sell.
Do you give advice on how to
apply make-up?
We are not the make up experts and
do not offer advice, suggestions or professional counseling of any kind. We are
not responsible for the use or misuse of any item and any description or
application on the auction is from the manufacturer or the product. We strongly
suggest you see the cosmetic experts in the store to see and try the items
before purchasing, as we too want you to be satisfied.
What are your office hours?
We are here Monday through Friday
from 9AM to 5PM and usually longer. We do not answer e-mails on the weekend or
major holidays.
