Payment

Paypal only please, and we will only ship to a confirmed Paypal shipping address. Payment must be received within 3 days of the end of the first auction or purchase unless you contact us through eBay’s system letting us know you’d like more time to shop.

Delivery - We do not ship to Germany, Ireland, Scotland or Illinois, sorry.

We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Our s/h is non-negotiable - as it covers postage, delivery confirmation on domestic orders, shipping supplies, handling and expenses including gas.  We take all shipments to the post office personally to avoid lost shipments and to help speed the process.

Our shipments ARE forced to route through the Chicago USPS processing center, and they do have the worst record in the country.  That said, you can see from our feedback that we do everything possible to get you your order promptly.  International orders take approximately 7-10 business days, although exact delivery depends upon your country’s customs department.

Returns
Health & Beauty items (cosmetics) are not returnable due to health reasons. An obvious exception to this would be if there was an error in the auction’s description.  Non-beauty items may be returned within seven (7) days of permission by prior email approval. Simply contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item to arrange for its return and a refund of the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs unless due to our error). The item must be returned in its original packaging (tracking is necessary) and must be received in the original condition. Once the item is received, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within two days via Paypal.
