LARGE 1960'S MOD BARBIE LOT, 5 DOLLS, CLOTHES, CASE ++

We are very pleased to offer for auction this week this Mattel MOD Barbie lot that we just acquired from the original owners in New Jersey. The lot consists of over 50 pieces of original Mattel Barbie clothing, 5 dolls, accessories and a vinyl carrying case...all dating back to the late 1960's early 1970's. Here is what we have: First the dolls....we have a 1968 brunette TNT Barbie with long full hair, pink ribbon (looks like it was replaced at some point). She has lovely facial coloring with big blue side glancing eyes, cheek blush, dark pink lips (rub on top center), single earring holes but no green, rooted lashes are sparse on the left eye, other is fine and very full and long. Body is good, all fingers and toes are intact, nail polish has faded on the finger nails, arms and legs are tight, legs click 3X, tiny split on arch on one foot and there is a dot of green on the back leg. She comes with her original two piece bathing suit. Next we have a 1970 Living Barbie with blond hair. She has beautiful facial coloring with full dark red lips, vibrant cheek blush, dark brows and full, long lashes. She has no earring holes, fingers and toes are present, legs click 3X, wrists move, some pin pricks on left arm and that arm doesn’t hold a pose. She comes with her original silver and gold b/s and orange net cover up. Next is a 1971 Malibu Barbie. She has great facial coloring with big blue eyes, painted lashes and brows, full lips and cheek blush. No earring holes, long blond hair is in original set. Her body is excellent, legs and arms are tight, fingers and toes intact, legs click 3X, no pin pricks on body and she comes with her original light blue b/s, sunglasses and yellow beach towel. Next is the 1972 Walk Lively Barbie. She has a beautiful face with terrific coloring, shiny pink lips, big dark blue eyes, thick, full rooted lashes, dark brows and vibrant cheek coloring. Body is excellent, arms and legs are tight, walking mechanism works perfectly, fingers and toes intact and she comes with her original red nylon pants suit with double belts and red pilgrim heels. Lastly we have a Walk Lively Steffie also from 1972. She has beautiful facial coloring with big centered brown eyes, rooted full lashes, full orange lips, cheek blush and dark brown brows. Black hair is full and shiny, walking mechanism works perfectly, legs are tight and click 3X, fingers and toes intact, a few pin pricks on one ankle and she has no earring holes. She comes with her original multicolored print jumpsuit and red pilgrim heels. These all came to us in a double Barbie case in very good condition with great color graphics on front and back and handle and lock intact. Inside is clean...but both cardboard draws are missing. The dolls have been gently played with and are all very good display dolls.....the clothing varies in condition....some look as if they were hardly played with while others need some TLC.
