Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. We accept PAYPAL and Visa/Mastercard/DiscoverA refund will be authorized if an item we've listed has been grossly misrepresented or if an item has been damaged in shipping and the item has been insured by the buyer and the claim has been approved by the insuring company.
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, there is a standard 20% relist/restock fee on any approved return. S/H/I fees are not refundable.

SHIPPING:
We use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping/handling rate unless otherwise posted in the listing. We use several shipping methods depending on the location, size and weight. We will determine the method of shipping and we will either use the shippers insurance,(if offered) or our own private carrier.
