For at least a hundred years, this type of jar has been a fixture in drugstores, soda shoppes, corner stores and other retail establishments.

At home, use this impressive jar in the bath... to store cotton balls, bath salts, bath beads, etc...  Use it to hold penny candies for the grandbabies - or yourself...  Place in a sunlit window with some sea glass or river rocks and use as an awesome terrarium... Measures a substantial 10.0" tall x 8.0"  in diameter at it's widest point.  Jar opening is 5.5" wide. The heavy footed base is 5.5" wide. There are no nicks, chips or cracks.  Jar is flawless except for some tiny, minor imperfections which are the result of the glassmaking process. We think this only adds to the charm and beauty of this piece. The glass is sparkling and crystal clear.
