LARGE GLOSSY BLACK BCHR EYEDROPPER FILL BANK PEN!

I can't find a name anywhere on the pen or cap, but the steel nib is well marked "No. 3, F. H. BLACKBIRD, 'AMALGAM BANK.'"  When capped it measures about 149mm or about 5.9 inches long!  I assume it was a generic pen used in the bank?  IN VERY FINE COSMETIC CONDITION, EXC++, DEEP GLOSSY BLACK WHICH IS WHAT YOU WANT IN BCHR pens, with a nice chevron or herringbone pattern chasing; no cracks, deep scratches, breaks or other obvious damage,   Offered only as a collectible, but looks like it might actually be usable?
