Akamai Source 14 Day Warranty Policy

1) Prior to any refund or replacement you must contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please email us in EBay for the RMA #.

2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we will not process the claim.

3) Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method.  If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 100% of your original payment will be refunded via the original payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.  WE DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGES if the product is a return without defect. If the item was a FREE SHIPPING ITEM, we will refund the total invoice less the actual shipping charges. 

4) This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
