SALT-GLAZE STONEWARE BATTER BOWL:  This unique shaped vintage handmade pottery bowl is from my extensive pottery collection.  It was purchased from an antiques and collectibles shop in Pennsylvania.  I have owned it for a number of years and only used it as a serving dish on 2-3 occasions.  Other than that it has been stored in my country dining room sideboard.  It is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION with no cracks, chips, crazing or stains.  The  underside is unglazed and shows slight discoloration from age (please see all photos).  I have always thought of it as a very unique shape, having never seen another like it.  It is approximately 12" long, 8 1/2" wide at the top and the base is 7 1/4" in diameter.  The height of the bowl varies along it's length due to it's unique shape from 2 1/2" in the mid section, 3 1/2" at the rear section and 3 3/4" graduating to 4 3/4" towards the front spout area.  This highly collectible piece is unsigned.  Please see all photos to appreciate the beauty of this vintage piece of Pennsylvania Dutch pottery.  I welcome any questions you may have.  PLEASE SEE MY OTHER ITEMS.  I PLAN TO LIST NEW ITEMS DAILY SO PLEASE CHECK BACK OFTEN.........PLEASE NOTE:  I can only accept bids from Ebayers with a minimum of 5 feedbacks due to the fact that I have had some issues with insincere, unpaid bids from phony Ebayers with no prior feedback.  I am sorry that I have had to resort to this regulation but those bids make for a loss of money and time.  Thanks for your understanding!
