THERE ARE INITIALS ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE TOWARDS THE BOTTOM - IT LOOKS LIKE TWO SETS OF INITIALS - HARD TO MAKE OUT

I DON'T KNOW THE AGE OF THIS SAMPLER BUT I HAVE HAD IT FOR A FEW YEARS - I ALWAYS LIKED IT BECAUSE OF THE SIZE - LONG AND NARROW
