Note:
As this was explained to the Seller by Diamond Resorts, the purchase
(transfer) of these points does not entitle the Buyer to membership in
Diamond Resorts' “The Club,” nor is the Buyer entitled to any benefits
of “The Club” membership, including but not limited to: cruise
exchange, airline reservation assistance, or Interval International
exchanges.
Your usage starts this year January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010. Points roll over if requested by owner. If they request to roll points over by: June 30 they can roll over 100% of their points. August 31st they can roll over 50% of their points. October 31st, they can roll over 25% of their points.
Making Reservations:
When placing a full reservation (7 nights) the reservation can be made 13 months to 61 days prior to the first night of the requested.
When placing a partial reservation (3 nights) the reservation can be made 60 days to 31 days prior to the first night of the requested.
When placing a partial reservation (1 night) the reservation can be made 30 days to 24 hours prior to the first night of the requested.
Reservations may be canceled following certain procedures.
Club
Waitlist: In the event that you request specific accommodations or
dates that are not available you will be notified as soon as a matching
accommodation becomes available.
Club Sunterra Sun Option Points
Banking: All or a portion of your 10,000 points may be banked for the next use year.
Borrowing: You may borrow up to 100% of next use year points to make reservations for the present year's usage.
Transferring: You may transfer all of your points into another member's account.
Rentals: You may rent additional points for individual reservations.
Purchasing: You may purchase additional points and permanently increase the amount of Resort Points you receive yearly.

We kindly accept Paypal, Money Order, Cashier/Certified Check, and or Personal Check. Credit Cards gladly accepted via Credit Card Checks. All Paypal payments will be sent to seller and forwarded to closing/title company for escrow. Any other form may be sent directly to closing company as designated by Seller. Payment must be made within 5 days of auctions end unless other arrangements have been made with seller.
Delivery
Closing on a timeshare is a real estate transaction and can take 60+ days. Seller will be available throughout closing to update buyer on the status of his/her timeshare closing. Closing company also offers online tracking of your closing and will assign an "order number" for you to track on the web.
Refunds & Returns
Any sales that are subject to a Right of First Refusal (ROFR) by the resort will be refunded in full if the resort fails to waive. 100% Guaranteed refund from escrow.
