The Laserpod Orb Satellite takes a more iconic form of a satellite and stands on a tripod of three telescopic radio antennae. The angle of projection can be manipulated by varying the heights of each leg of the telescopic antennae.

2007 marks the 50th anniversary of the launch of the world’s first artificial satellite, the former Soviet Union's Sputnik, and this model is set to become an international icon of this milestone in space exploration. This stylish laser light display comes with an AC/DC adapter. The Satellite Station's portable nature makes it perfect for livening up holidays and camping trips or for bringing the right mood to the right place.

The Galaxy Laserpods have warmer colors with Red Lasers and Red, Orange and Blue LEDs. The intense color of the Laser Beam and LED light concentrations are fragmented as they are projected through a rotating hand-cut crystal jewel.

When you project the ORB laser display onto your walls or ceilings, turn off the lights and turn on your sensations to fully experience the floating space feeling. The projection is the closest you will get to an intergalactic nebula without spending the next ten years on the Hubble space telescope!

You can interact with your LaserPod ORB by removing the plastic dome lens from the top of the unit and replace it with anything optical. It doesn’t matter if it is an expensive hand cut crystal, the cheapest glass tumbler or a clear plastic beaker, the wild and crazy patterns you create will each be unique.
