This is a stunning Vintage George Hatab Full slip for B. Altman & Co.  New York.  Lingerie by George Hatab, 100% nylon.  SIX INCHES of perma pleated dainty lace hem edged with floral ribbon lace, accordion pleated kicky nylon hem, banded with scalloped floral lace, also pleated.  Size 36.  The bust of this full slip is accented in dainty lace at the edge of the bust.  Striped white on white nylon and gorgeous embroidered flowers, with three leaves.  The lace accents the back of the top too.  Thin nylon straps that have been altered-they are approx 14 ½ inches long.  There is a slight shadow of pink at the center bottom above the hem.  Approx. 8 inches long ½-1 inches wide) Very pale, most like from a wash mishap.  Otherwise magnificent.
