Single user license:  This software is a single user version.   It will only work on one computer.  If for any reason you need to change from one computer to another you must first backup and remove our software then transfer it to another computer.  This software will not function on more than one computer.  If you need a Multi-User license: You can purchase at any time and the cost will be determined depending on the number of computers you wish to network together.

Tehnical support:  FREE TELEPHONE SUPPORT is available for the initial setup, and to make the software work you must call our office during normal business hours.  Once the software is installed the free telephone support ends and then  during the first thirty days FREE support is offered over the internet using e-mail    A technical tutorial is available FREE at our website.  After the first thirty days of FREE support if you need further technical support it can be purchased at a fee of $50.00 per technical issue (current price - until problem solved) This additional internet support will be billed through PayPal.

Updates and Upgrades:   If we find a issue with our software which keeps it from functioning as designed,  we will correct the problem and issue a FREE "Update" download through our website.   If on the other hand we improve the software you may be offered a "Upgrade" at no charge or at an additional charge depending on the improvements.
