Return Policy

However, we will gladly exchange an item if a manufacturing defect is found upon receipt or if it was damaged during shipping (insurance required).
ROXCUT  must be notified of the defect or problem within 5 days of receipt of the product.
Returned items MUST be unused with all original paperwork, accessories and containers.
