Merchandise Credit
You may return product within 7 days of receipt. Product must be returned in new condition as received with all accompanied accessories and literature including the factory carton. We do not allow returns without first rquesting a RMA number.
We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned.
Items must be returned with original packaging.
Defective products must be returned within 7 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, NO replacement will be made. For all product returns customers MUST contact us.
NO REFUND accepted after 30 days.
Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
In ALL cases, buyers pay shipping to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
