To be fair to all bidders, please do not ask me the reserve price or to stop the auction early. Bidders with 0 stars please contact us when bidding to confirm or your bids may be cancelled.

We try very hard to describe our items’ condition as best we can but if you feel that your item was not accurately described we will offer a refund. We are always more than willing to work something out, but please contact us first. Our return policy is valid if we are notified of the problem within 48 hours upon receiving the item. Refunds will be issued once the item has been shipped and received back to us. Refunds do not include return shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for any damage to the item after it has been shipped.

After the auction has ended, we will send you a High Bidder Notice, asking for your shipping address, or confirmation of the shipping address you provided to eBay. This allows us to provide you with an accurate shipping quote.

After your address has been confirmed you will then receive a personal shipping quote based on the item, and the destination. This email will include the total; including shipping, handling, insurance and taxes (if applicable), as well as all available payment options. Please wait for us to provide you with a total before payment. It may be larger, or smaller, than what you calculate to be the proper amount due to shipping methods, handling, form of payment etc.

If you have not received either of these emails within 24 hours after auction end then please check your spam folder and/or contact us.

We accept money orders, cashier's cheques, bank transfers and even personal cheques. International cheques, including US, will be held for 21 business days. If you would like to pay by PayPal please email for details before you bid. No Credit Cards, COD or ESCROW. If there is any other preferred method of payment please email us.

Non paying bidders will not be tolerated. A non paying bidder alert will be posted 10 days after the auction is over unless payment is settled. Non payers will receive a non pay strike (you only are allowed 3 strikes before you are expelled) and a negative feedback will be posted after the unpaid reminder dispute is closed.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods, excluding Canadian residents. We can not be held responsible for any additional duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc that may be added on during transit.

For Ontario residents we charge GST and PST. For all Canadian residents outside of Ontario we charge GST.
Canadian residents will be quoted in Canadian dollars using the current exchange rate (updated daily) for your convenience.

We ship all packages under $1000 in value by Canada Post and all packages over $1000 in value by either BAX Global or UPS. If your item is being shipped by courier please provide us with a phone number to be used by the courier company when shipping.

Due to the volume, we only ship out once a week so please be aware that packages may take up to 7 business days to ship. If you have purchased multiple items we may reduce shipping charges based on size, weight and handling.

Damages, loss or delays in receiving your items after it has been shipped is the responsibility of the carrier. Under no circumstances are we responsibly for the actions of the carrier. We do our utmost to pack all our items with great care and we meet or exceed guidelines of most carriers.

In case of an insurance claim a case will be opened under the carrier and be dealt with by the buyer. We will provide the buyer with any necessary information they require. We are not responsible for damage during transportation.
