We ship USPS & UPS.  Please see auction for selected carrier.  UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide an actual street address for shipping.

If more than one item is purchased from the same auction each additional item will have a shipping discount unless shipping is free.  That discount can be seen at the bottom of the listing if the listing contains more than 1 quantity of an item.

Processing Details

• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
• Product will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared.

Shipping Damage

If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. If shipping damage is not apparent until after the driver leaves, please contact UPS claims at 1-800-744-5877. After initiating the claim, please contact us and we will issue a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges

At Dealmonger we guarantee that our customers will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. If the product you receive is defective contact us within 30 days of shipment and we will setup an exchange if we have the same product in stock.

If the unit is no longer in stock we will refund you the full purchase price upon receipt of the returned product. If after 30 days from shipment the product is defective simply contact the manufacturer using the information above.

No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. Please make sure to contact us prior to returning a product so we can setup a RMA for you. We do not accept returns for product sold exactly as described nor allow trades.

If the item is defective an exchange must be done, returns for refunds are discouraged. If you wish to return the product for a refund a 20% restocking fee will apply and you will be held responsible for shipping charges.
