THE ITEM YOU ARE BIDDING ON IS BRAND NEW, IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WHEN YOU RECIEVE IT CONTACT US ASAP.  HOLD ONTO ALL THE PACKING MATERIALS.

A refund will be authorized if an item we've listed has been grossly misrepresented or if an item has been damaged in shipping and the item has been insured by the buyer and the claim has been approved by the insuring company.

We urge you to read the entire listing and to ask any questions BEFORE placing your bid. We try to give detailed photos and as accurate a description as possible on all our listings and leave it to you, the bidder to review the information, look at the photos and ask the questions, then bid only if you are comfortable. Your bid constitutes an acceptance of our policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, there is a standard 20% relist/restock fee on any approved return. S/H/I fees are not refundable.
