LEO FUCHS (1911 - 1994) was born in Lemberg, Austria-Hungary (now Lviv, Ukraine). In his prime, he was known as "The Yiddish Fred Astaire," appearing both on Broadway and in film. Two of his best-known roles include Hymie Krichinsky the film Avalon and Herr Shultz in the original Broadway staging of Cabaret. He guest-starred on many TV series, including The Six Million Dollar Man, Wagon Train, and Sanford & Son.

An excellent portrait publicity still, to promote his appearance on the Wagon Train episode "The Levy-McGowan Story," circa 1962. The photo measures 8" x 10" and is in very good condition with light surface wear; info snipe included.
