**Shipping Policy**

All Levenger Outlet items are shipped via FedEx Ground with an average delivery time of 3-7 days from date of purchase. Orders sent via FedEx cannot be sent to PO Boxes, so please provide us with a physical shipping address.  Shipping insurance is included in the shipping and handling charge.  Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO (military bases) will be sent via Smart Post to avoid additional shipping charges to our customers.  Smart Post orders can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.  Levenger Outlet does not ship internationally (including Canada) under any circumstances.

 **Combined Shipping Policy**

Levenger Outlet offers discounts for combined shipping. It is only an additional $2 per item after the highest price of shipping.  Items shipped via Roadway are not eligible for discounted shipping.  Furniture shipped via FedEx is eligible, unless otherwise noted in the description.  Items may only be combined within a seven-day period.  If you are still bidding on items with ending times that do not fall within seven days of the first item won, then you must pay for those items separately.  We cannot combine invoices for the discount once they have already been paid, even if they were paid within 7 days of each other.

**Payment Policy**

The faster you make your payment, the faster we will ship your items. We only accept PayPal because we are not capable of processing any other form of payment, nor do we accept coupons or gift cards.  Payments must be received within 3 days of an auction ending or of your 7 day allowance for combined shipping. If we have not received payment or been contacted to make other arrangements, we will file an unpaid item dispute.

**Return Policy**

Levenger Outlet does not accept returns. Please ask, as many questions as needed to ensure the item will be to your liking. In the event of undisclosed damage or malfunction, we will offer an exchange or refund only if the item is no longer available.  If you are sent the incorrect item we will gladly send the correct item.  Levenger Outlet does not adjust or refund differences in items recently marked down.  All sales are final except as indicated in this return policy.
