**Shipping**

Levenger_Outlet uses FedEx Ground or FedEx Home for the shipment of most orders.   Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via SmartPost, which can take up to 15 business days for delivery. Roadway or an equivalent carrier is used when shipping oversized items at a flat rate of $95.00. Local pick up is available at no additional charge in Memphis, TN from our warehouse. Rates given are flat rates to all locations and include insurance/handling fees for both your protection and ours.

**Shipping Discounts**

Discounted shipping is available on unpaid invoices with multiple items. Payment can be delayed for 7 days following the first buy it now or item won, so you can take advantage of the combined shipping discount.

 Shipping is calculated at $2.00 per individual item after the highest eligible shipping amount. Not all items sold qualify for discounted shipping, such as items with shipping costs above $15.00. When you have finished bidding or your 7 days are up, please request an invoice and we will apply the shipping discount for you. The discount cannot be combined once invoices are paid, on open orders with previously paid invoices or multiple single paid orders, even if all purchases took place within the 7-day period allowed.

**Payment**.

Levenger_Outlet *only* accepts payments made through PayPal. We cannot process payments any other way, so you must have a valid PayPal account or your order will be canceled.  We also do not accept Levenger Gift Cards, discount codes or coupons because they cannot be processed through PayPal.

Unpaid item cases will be opened against buyers who do not pay within 7 days of winning an item or committing to a buy it now. Your seller status or prior business with Levenger will not be taken into consideration when payment is concerned.

**Returns**

*Levenger_Outlet does not accept returns- all sales are final except as indicated in this policy.*

Please read the entire listing carefully and ask as many questions as needed to ensure that the item will be to your liking. In the event of undisclosed damage or malfunction, we will offer an exchange or a refund only if the item is no longer available.

If your item arrives damaged, missing components or is not the correct item, please let us know and we will quickly take care of the issue for you. Items approved for return (wrong item, damages, etc) must be returned within 7 days of receipt at the buyer’s expense and must have tracking information provided.

Levenger_Outlet does not accept best offers, honor previous prices, make price adjustments, refund differences on items recently marked down or end listings early by adding a buy it now. Listings will not be modified at the request of bidders/buyers.
