• Exchanges will be honored if item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or has any defects. Buyer has 7 days to Exchange item IF defective. If you believe you have received something that is not as described for any reason, you will need to contact the RMA department and DO NOT USE THE ITEM.

• Some of our phones are foreign and come with foreign home chargers since they are imported. As a courtesy to our customers, we will include a US charger adaptor for free if necessary.
