Our FAIR AND HONEST terms is a statement of our responsibility as the seller and your responsibility as the buyer to ensure a smooth transaction. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction!
Bid responsibly: Please only bid on items when you are ready to purchase the item. Ask questions about
an item before completing a purchase. Also, secure your account against accidental purchases
from your kids. Please be responsible for the eBay listing fees and commission we incur when an item is sold.
Prompt Payments: Pay for your items within 7-days after the last item has completed.
Please be sure to pay for the full amount including all S&H fees. Please do not deduct any amount
from your payment as that may delay the processing of your order. If for whatever reason you overpay, simply e-mail us
and we will refund any overpayments.
Combine properly & save: Make one payment for all items in order to receive any shipping discounts. Due to operational issues, it is extremely difficult to combine items once a payment has been received (i.e. first order in, first order out). As a result, one payment = one package.
IMPORTANT: Select insurance wisely:
Buyer will not hold us responsible for packages if they elect to not purchase insurance. USPS DOES lose and damage packages. 99.9% of buyers DO NOT buy insurance and receive their packages fine.
It is the buyer's decision at the time of purchase to accept that risk. We do not profit off the insurance fees. If you have a lost package and no insurance, we will file a complaint with USPS on your behalf. We will also offer you the option to purchase a replacement item at cost because this is
really the best we can do. If you have a lost package with insurance, we will file the claim on your behalf and send you a replacement free of charge. We will collect the funds from USPS.
IMPORTANT: Provide the correct mailing address.
Please be sure to include apartment or suite nos, your street designation (for example, St, Circle,
Drive, Ave, etc), your street directin (i.e. E, W, SW, etc). If you have moved please update your address
before paying for your items. We can not guarantee addresses will be changed even if you e-mail us
immediately aferwards. It can take us hours to read your e-mail. By then, your order may have shipped.
If it has not shipped, we will change it for you. If a package is returned by USPS, you will have to pay the postage required to resend it.
Returning items: All products must be returned before an exchange or refund can be issued even if the item is defective or is the wrong item.
If you need a replacment ASAP, we can send out the replacement if you put a deposit down on the replacement item.

We will ship your order within 24-48 hours of your auction ending. Usually, the item is shipped the same day
before 4pm PST. However, please note that our packages are picked up at noon. Thus, we may package your
item at 3pm, but it will actually be picked up at 12pm the next day.
IMPORTANT: Understanding Delivery Confirmation and Delivery Times:
Delivery confirmation is included with all packages. Delivery confirmation IS NOT a
tracking number. Delivery confirmation only shows the date and time a package is delivered. It DOES NOT
necessarily show that your package has moved from point A to point B. Often times, you will simply see "shipper
has electronically notified USPS..." even days after a package is shipped. This is normal and expected.
Delivery times are 1-7 business days typically not including weekends and holidays. The package will be
delivered with your regular mail. Remember, USPS handles the delivery and their service times are not
guaranteed. Please don't get upset at us if USPS is slow in handling your mail. We can only guarantee our
own handling and processing times.
Returns & Exchanges: We will be responsible for replacing defective items reported
by buyer within 7-days of receipt. We will cover all shipping and handling fees associated with returning
and sending a replacement. We do not cover packages that are damaged in transit (i.e. your box is completely
crushed during transit or your package is mutilated at receipt).
IMPORTANT: We answer ALL e-mails:
We will respond to all your e-mails within 24-72 hours. The response time will vary depending on how
many e-mails we receive. We do not answer e-mails on Saturdays and Sunday. When you e-mail us, you
will first receive an automated response. If you DO NOT receive an automated response, you may
have a problem receiving our real response. If you do not receive an automated response, please check
your spam or bulk box. Then, add that sender's e-mail address to your address book.
If you are e-mailing us through eBay, please do not click on the "Hide My E-Mail" box. This
WILL cause problems with you receiving e-mails from us. We do not use eBay's message center. We use our
own e-mail client to help manage our e-mail traffic.
