Unfortunately, Black Forest Distributors cannot assume responsibility for damages to your package sustained during shipment. We offer insurance as an option on all auctions. Should you wish to file a claim with USPS, UPS or Fedex for a damaged or lost package, please contact us.
Returns must be made within 7 days of confirmed receipt of item. Should a return be necessary, please notify us immediately. Once your returned package is received, one of our customer service representatives will contact you immediately to confirm receipt and determine next steps. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning one or more products, please provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Method of Payment used and E-mail Address. Items must be received by Black Forest Distributors in original condition or as agreed by one of our customer service representatives.
