Postage Charges

The postage costs for this item are as follows:

UK – £1.25

Europe – £2.50

Rest of the World – £4.50

There is no postage charge for any subsequent jewellery items bought, as long as they are all paid for and posted together – so if you buy five necklaces, you will only pay the postage for one item! This offer only applies to jewellery, as the other items we sell are a lot bulkier!

Returns

I really hope you will be thrilled with your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your item you may return it for a full refund of the sale price. Any items must be returned within 14 days in the condition in which they were received by you. I cannot refund postage costs, nor pay for return postage. Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons, though if they are faulty or damaged on arrival they will be replaced. If you intend to return an item you need to email me first, and enclose a note of the item number with the package.
