Text pages are securely bound, except for pp. 49-54, which are loose from the staples and edgeworn.  Lower open corners on many pages are dampstained, most noticeably the first third.  Covers are lightly soiled except for similar dampstaining.  Edges are lightly worn.  Front has an address label.
