88-page July 28, 1941 number of LIFE Magazine, with cover story on the 25 circuses touring the US during the summer on the straw hat circuit.

Subjects of other articles include:  German Army Heads for Moscow;  close-up of Free French leader Charles de Gaulle;  San Diego, Boom Town [photo essay];  Joe jDi Maggio's Hitting Streak Ends at 56 Games;  finger painting;  Ginger Rogers in Tom, Dick and Harry.

Text pages are tightly bound and clean with slightly bent lower open corners, some of which have tiny dog-ears.  Covers are lightly soiled with light general edgewear.  Front has a bent lower right corner and sporadic scarring along the spine.
