New York, Greystone Press 1938, Hardcover, 344 pages. Book is in Above Average Very Good Condition but the Dust Jacket is in Poor Condition. Has black cloth covers with red lettering in ivory panels. Pages are Bright and Clean with Solid Spine. Biography of Oscar Odd McIntyre, 1884-1938, author of New York Day by Day column in the 1930s.

Signed by Author and dated 1940 with Inscription :

For Alice Morris - one of the loveliest women I have met in a long life, chiefly devoted to a search for treasure - and beauty. Charles B. Driscoll 1940 (Was he calling her a Golddigger?)

The photo below shows a typical set of pages in the book. Bright & Clean.

The only problem I could find with the book was this mark on the lower-right front cover
