If, however you are not satisfied please return the product within 7 days of receipt, and we will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs ( Factory seconds/4th quality Anatomical Models i.e Skeletons, Skulls etc unfortunately are not accepted for returns.
