This is for a nice old Swiss made Thorens Alpacca petrol pocket lighter. It has a nice semi automatic mechanism so when the button on the side is unscrewed and pressed the lid flips open and creates a spark. The base is clearly marked with a British patent dated January 29, 1920 and the hinge of the lid is marked Thorens Alpacca. It is in absolute excellent condition with no dings or dents, there is no wear anywhere on the lighter and it is fully working and functioning properly. It is a very nice example. Please check out all the other lighters, vesta's, snuff boxes, pipes, pens, pencils, clocks, cases and other vintage gentlemans accessories I am selling on ebay this week. I will always combine shipping to make it cheap to buy a lot.
