LIMITED RELEASE WRISTWATCH-DISNEY CRUISE LINE-WONDER

The Magic of Wonder:  For anyone who has ever cruised on the Disney Cruise Line is sure to understand this heading and all that it entails. This watch is a perfect souvenir for anyone who has pleasured themselves this way or for you who dream of some day doing so.  The picture on the face is of Wonder, that wonderful cruise ship that plies the waters off the coast of Florida and makes it way to many ports in the South Atlantic and the Caribbean.  Having recently spent four days and nights on board Wonder, I found that the MAGIC is beyond belief of description.  I boarded tired, exhausted and at the end of my rope and four short days later, relaxed and rejuvenated I disembarked, ready to face whatever life had in store for me. One of the big ones was the very next day as I turned 65 years old.  Need I say I was dreading that but when it happened I could not have cared less.  I was happy and at peace and nothing, not even the rains while on board or that we were treated to for the next week, as we toured and played in Disney World, could dampen our spirits that had been so graciously healed during our cruise.  The face of this watch has a beautiful picture of that gracious Lady named Wonder.  I heard that Disney is building two new ships that are due to join her fleet in 2011. These are much bigger and I understand are going to do much more cruising than these do. For anyone who has been fortunate enough to have cruised on board either of these, I know holds treasured memories.  One look at this watch and I go back to the days when we were being treated as royals in the heavenly atmosphere that is created by the wonderful staff of this ship and I am sure her sister ship, Magic. I was fortunate to be able to purchase this one watch, as they were limited, for this store.  I have been back for well over a month and am just getting around to listing this.  I have tried but every time I start I get to thinking about the wonderful time I had and decided to keep the watch.  Then I remember that I bought it for the store and that I have many watches, mostly Teddy Bears and that is what I wear.  I have a nice collection of watches that I am listing here as at this point I do need the money more than my treasured watch collection and so I am not prepared to put them all up in this store. 

This is a special release that is to be a one time only release.  I do not know what the plans are for these two ships when the new ones arrive but no matter what Wonder will live on in my heart for as long as I keep going.  I am listing this here for the price that it normally retails for.  The band is 8 ½’ in length.  The watch is 1 ¼” in diameter.  It has a gold metal bevel and band holders. The face is a picture of Wonder at sea with a tiny Gold Disney logo on the very top of the crystal. A good looking piece and an honest to goodness treasure. The band is brown alligator leather.  The crystal is glass.  This item has not been removed from it's case. I could not get it open, without damage, to take pictures.  I have enclosed a picture of the ship "Wonder" so you can see her beauty. The face of the watch shows the ship at sea and the colors are much sedated as one would desire in a watch. Very classy piece. This is brand new. I purchased it for this store.  This will soon be removed and then it will be MINE-any day now.
