Being an independent retailer, having a return policy that's too "liberal", people can tend to use you as a rental service. We simply ask that you are sure you are ready to buy before you purchase. We are intent on customer satisfaction, and we will reflect this in our response time, and over-all customer service.
If you have a problem with an item, please contact us directly to help come to a conclusion. Our phone- 330-682-5595. If you are unsatisfied with an instrument, you will have 7 days to return the item to us in the exact condition it arrived in. If the item appears to be worn, or mis-used, this return policy will not apply. Also, USED ITEMS DO NOT APPLY TO THIS RETURN POLICY. USED ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. That said, each returned item will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping both ways. If you chose to exchange the item, we will waive the restocking fee, and you will only be responsible for shipping fees.
