HOMESPUN yarn BABY BLANKET and HAT PATTERNS






Homespun Baby Blanket
(plus BONUS hat pattern!)

Though it looks difficult, this baby blanket knit on the diagonal requires simple increases and decreases to get fabulous results in no time flat! Knit with 5 skeins of Homespun (2 Williamsburg, 2 Rococo and 1 Fawn) with 2 strands held as one, it measures approximately 40" x 46". With the remaining Rococo, knit a baby or children's hat with an extra pattern provided. Both projects are knit entirely in garter stitch (knit every row) so it is easily accomplished.

US size 15 needles are needed for a gauge of 2 stitches and 3 rows = 1" in garter stitch.
