Winner Lines orange/green litho electric style loco. It ran 1-way when tested, needs cleaning & lube. Some body to frame tabs missing or repaired, 2 are holding. Edge wear & evidence of solder repair on frame. Fragile top trim is complete. Hard to find in any condition.
