CD's are in very good to like new condition and guaranteed fully by Discbrothers. In some instances, the jewel cases/inserts may have promo holes, cuts or marks put there by manufacturers. These in no way affect play of CD. We try to indicate these in the description. Contact us if you have any problems with your CD's. You will find our customer service fast & second to none.
WE CARE:
Discbrothers cares about the Earth and our environment. Older Jewel cases are not environmentally friendly nor are biodegradeable. A typical CD jewelcase is made up of 85 grams of PolyVinyl Chloride (PVC). When the CD case is no longer needed, it either sits for thousands of years in landfills or is incinerated, which releases dioxin into the atmosphere, one of the most toxic carcinogens on the planet. A single 1,000 order of replicated CDs, using standard plastic jewel cases creates nearly 200 lbs. of one of the most dangerously toxic chemicals on the planet today. We ship our CD's in the original used jewel cases. These cases may have scuffs and scratches but will function fine. We will only replace cracked, broken or otherwise unusable cases. Thanks for supporting Discbrothers and our commitment to preserving our environment.

Album notes
Personnel: Lisa Stansfield (vocals); Wah Wah Watson, Des Moore (guitar); Simon Vance, Drusilla Harris, Jan Nossek, Richard Thirlwell, Martin Clark, Julia Hoyle, Vivien Birdsall, Louise Peacock, Kate Evans, Min Yang, Clare Dixon (strings); Dan Higgins, Chris "Snake" Davis (saxophone, flute); Jerry Hey, Gary Grant (trumpet, flugelhorn); John Thrikell (trumpet); Bill Reichenbach (trombone); Ian Devaney (keyboards, guitar, programming); Gary J. Crockett, Neil Stubenhaus (bass); Snowboy, Luis Conte (percussion); Peter Mokran (programming, guitar, keyboards); Aileen McLaughin, Anna Ross (background vocals). For her return to American shores after a six-year absence, Lisa Stansfield packed her self-titled album with slower and more emotive material. Songs like "I'm Leavin'" feature Stansfield supported by her En Vogue-like background singers, while "The Line" is in the same vein, but with a faster tempo and a funkier reading by Stansfield. But not all of LISA STANSFIELD is heartbreak and tear-stained letters. The Mancunian soul singer uses lush orchestration, wah-wah guitar and bright sounding piano on "The Real Thing" and later flirts with acid-jazz by incorporating flutes and an up-tempo beat into the heart of "You Know How To Love Me." Most interesting is a cover of her hero Barry White's "Never, Never Gonna Give You Up." Staying true to the full arrangements of the original, Stansfield updates this classic by adding a lo-fi drum machine rhythm and a scratching turntable to her version.
